Five Stars TC works directly with builders, lenders, title companies, and clients to keep everyone informed throughout the process. We help ensure important deadlines are met and provide consistent updates so your clients stay confident and informed from contract to closing.
At Five Stars TC, we believe payment should be easy. In most cases, our transaction coordination fee is paid directly from your commission at closing through the title company.
No closing? No fee. We only get paid when you get paid.
