My name is Jessica and I am the owner of Five Stars TC. I thrive in obtaining Five Star Customer Service. I have been in the Real Estate and in the Mortgage Industry for over 20 years. I started this company because I truly believe in creating a full-service solution for real estate agents to be able to leverage time, grow, and ultimately save money. It is my hope that agents choose us because of our commitment to your success, our industry knowledge, and most importantly our unmatched customer service. We are a company that is going to be around for many years because we absolutely love what we do. We serve our clients to the best of our abilities. We show up every day ready to work with you to make sure your client has the best buying or selling experience they have ever had.

Working Hours
Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. When a new transaction comes in, it will be inputted into our system and the intro emails will be sent out to all parties within 24 hours, even if it is on a weekend. If there is an urgent matter on weekends, an appointment can be scheduled.

When a home goes under contract, we will be in touch with the lender, title company, customer, and other agent. Continuous communication with you and the customer to stay on the same page. We will conduct weekly phone calls and/or email with the customer and you updating status.

We know that communication with builders can be difficult and we will take that on to get weekly updates and keep the customer informed of the building status.

The transaction fee will be taken out of your commission at closing and the title company will make a check out to Five Stars TC. If not, you can pay by cashier’s check within 48 hours of closing.

There is no cancellation fee. Cancellations are going to happen from time to time and we completely understand. At Five Stars TC, we don't get paid until you get paid.
